Amanda is the Managing Director and owner of Green Light Planning Solutions. Amanda has a diverse industry background encompassing State and National project experience in private sector consulting, State and Local Government sectors with widespread experience in strategic, statutory and policy planning across an array of portfolio areas including strategic land use planning, urban and regional development, infrastructure and utilities planning, tourism, retail and education planning, housing and land development, engineering and buildings and throughout South Australia and Nationally
Throughout her professional career at the South Australian Tourism Commission, international engineering firms KBR & Aurecon, boutique planning firm QED and the Hickinbotham Group, Amanda has excelled in her roles, demonstrating astuteness and expertise in high level consulting, project management, portfolio policy-making and implementation.
Amanda rapidly climbed the leadership ladder. From team leader to line management and General Manager, QED Business Teams to Land Development Manager with the Hickinbotham Group, Amanda has developed her own impressive leadership style - balancing this with her exceptional consultancy skills. She has a proven ability as an honest and reliable professional with a cooperative approach to achieving her client’s and others objectives.
With an ability to employ strategic thinking in the scoping, critical analysis, planning and implementation of any task she is involved with, Amanda has an energetic and demonstrated ability to establish internal communications, innovation and business planning systems that support strategic business directions. Amanda is proactive, solutions orientated and renowned for identifying and acting on opportunities.
